Driplex has proven its capability in providing hydraulic systems for disposal of bottom ash, both with jet pump and scraper conveyor.

The largest scraper conveyor in Asia, capable of handling (normally) 70 tons of ash at the start, has been operational for more than 15 years at Korba Thermal Power Station (3 x 500 MW), run and operated by NTPC.

Our jet pump at Khaperkheda TPS (Unit I & II) has a proven capability of extracting and conveying 60 TPH of bottom ash individually.
Driplex, by virtue of its associate's technology, can provide unique solutions for Dry Bottom Ash Conveying System. Similar systems have been provided by our associate in many of the plants in China. The proven reliability of the system in different plants, including those with large capacities, has made the technology suitable for use in India.

Keeping in view the requirements for dry bottom ash handling and based on the expertise available with our associate, we can provide dry pneumatic bottom ash handling systems as well as dry scraper chain handling for the bottom ash system.
